5. I am a voter in DUN Luyang but currently working/staying in Kuala Lumpur, am I eligible to be a postal voter?

a. NO. Sabahan who resides outside Sabah i.e in Semenanjung or Sarawak is not eligible to apply to be a postal voter. 

b. However, BERSIH and other NGOs such as Tindak Malaysia, ENGAGE,ROSE and Projek SAMA are pushing the SPR and Kerajaan Madani to open postal voters category to Sabahan/Sarawakian living in Semenanjung or vice versa, for work or study so that they can vote in their coming state elections.
