Steps:
1) get on to http://myspr.spr.gov.my/login
2) Fill in details required
3) Need to take a photo of your IC and upload
4) Need to take photo of yourself holding the IC and upload

Once you submit the above, you will get a reply within 24 hours – You are registered as a postal voter.

BERSIH’S RESPONSE: To be registered as a postal voter is a two-step process. You have to register for a MySPR account first. Once your account is activated, you have to login to apply to be a postal voter. This misinformation may have caused some people to miss the second step and failed to apply to be a postal voter.
