1. Votes are counted, in the presence of the counting agents, inside the polling station right after the close of polling. The ballot papers will not leave the polling station before counting.
  2. In exceptional circumstances, votes may be counted in an alternative place, but only if a notice has been issued by the SPR and sent to each of the candidates or their agent at least three days before polling day.
