Once I successfully registered as postal voter for an election (e.g GE15) does it mean that I will be a postal voter for all the other elections? For example, the Selangor State Election or the GE16?

No. You need to register again as postal voter for future elections if you wish to be so
You will revert back to the electoral roll as an ordinary voter of your constituency.
