Is it true that you need another adult Malaysian to witness your signature on Borang 2?

Yes! Without a properly completed Borang 2, your postal vote will be null and void. So please make sure you can get another Malaysian adult to act as your witness. The Global Bersih team has appealed to the Election Commission (SPR) to remove such an onerous requirement, but as of now – the requirement remains.
