Can we write the names names and phone number on the Postal Ballot Envelope?

Bersih’s response : It is best not to write anything on the ballot envelope as it could be rejected or allow people to track the returning postal ballots before the counting process. Just clip a piece of paper to it and write the voter’s contact details on the paper if you must.
