If my photo on the IC is substantially different from how I look now, can I be barred from voting?

In this situation, you need to fill in Borang 11 on the polling day and inform the Ketua Tempat Mengundi (KTM). The Borang can be obtained from the KTM when you arrive at the polling centre (Pusat Mengundi).
