Will my vote be secret, now that there is number on the Ballot Paper is also recorded in Form 2?

The purpose of the number as stated in the Ballot Paper and on Form 2 is to secure your identity that the ballot is indeed issued to you and voted by you. Once it is verified, your marked Ballot Paper will be separated from Form 2 for counting. Unless it is a deliberate effort to search your marked ballot paper and Form 2, it is unlikely that your vote choice will be make known. All marked ballot papers will be destroyed after 21 days from the date the election result is gazette, unless an election petition is filed.
